Pumpkin Muscat de Provence is a variety of pumpkin imported from France, from the Provence region. It is among the most popular varieties of pumpkins in Italian kitchens, both for the excellent quality of the fruit and for the excellent organoleptic properties.

The Moscata di Provenza pumpkin has a rounded and flattened shape with a bronze-orange color, and reaches an average weight of 12 kg: the pulp is very sweet and tasty, excellent for the preparation of risottos, soups and velvets.

The pumpkin muscat of Provence, in addition to being particularly good, has numerous qualities, such as being low-calorie, rich in fiber, rich in vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, and mineral salts such as potassium, calcium and phosphorus. Its edible parts also include seeds, which can be roasted or salted and dried.
